Sharnbrook Mill Theatre Trust are heading for Camelot this June

The NODA award-winning group bring Eric Idle and John Du Prez’s musical, lovingly ripped off from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, to Bedfordshire.

Once in every show… there’s a song that goes like this…

Arthur, King of the Britons, is on a special quest to find a rabble of knights good enough to join him and rule around his round table in Camelot, so he sets off with his faithful companion, Patsy, to find his “Grail” in Monty Python’s “Spamalot!”

On his way he manages to come across the Knights that go Ni, the Lady of the Lake, a set of cheer-leading Laker Girls, some rather rude French people and a man who’s “Not Dead Yet’.

Mix together some of Monty Python’s best-loved songs including, “Always Look On The Bright Side of Life” and some “Fisch Schlapping” and you have Monty Python’s hilarious and riotous humour brought alive on stage by the award-winning Sharnbrook Mill Theatre Trust.

Spamalot has everything a hit musical needs; sparkling costumes, jokes aplenty, boundless energy, lots of hair flicking and just a few references to a once-popular tinned meat.

Join King Arthur and his knights for a night of fun – and remember, “What happens in Camelot, stays in Camelot”.

Spamalot! runs from 4-9 June 2018 at Sharnbrook Mill Theatre at 7.30pm. Tickets from £12 (discount for block bookings) or in person from Pick-a-Lily florist in Sharnbrook, telephone 01234 781441.
