LUNA FLIX announce biggest Northamptonshire season yet

This year sees LUNA FLIX Outdoor Cinema present their biggest local season yet, with a host of blockbuster movies to choose from.

Thor: Ragnarok‘. The Marvel Universe blockbuster heads up a wide range of classic movies, including this year’s most popular film ‘The Greatest Showman‘, to be presented by LUNA FLIX at five venues across the county.

Simon Hopkins, LUNA FLIX organiser, said “This is our fourth year within Northants and we’ve set up more summer shows than ever. We’ll return to our regular locations, Kettering’s Boughton House and Stanwick Lakes, visit new venues, Rockingham Castle, near Corby, Kelmarsh Hall and we’ve also partnered with Wicksteed Park for a show in August. Between late May and September, we will present over thirty popular films projected in HD onto our seven metre wide screen. And, if you want to avoid the World Cup there’s a special mini-season of movies in June/July highlighting the feminine side including Priscilla: Queen Of The Desert, Mean Girls and Legally Blonde. Of course this year, the major demand has all been for ‘The Greatest Showman Sing-Along‘, having sold out three shows already in record time. There are some tickets left but it’s recommended to book soon“.

LUNA FLIX invite you to make your outdoor cinema experience one to remember – pack your picnic and enjoy the chance to share your favourite films under a sun-set and night sky.

The shows run regularly at weekends from 26 May until late September, screening the top films recently voted for by the local public, including new comedy titles: Bad Moms, Jumanji: Welcome To the Jungle and the return of the classics: Pretty Woman, Top Gun, Dirty Dancing and The Goonies among others.

More films are yet to be selected to complete the season in September –  LUNA FLIX would love your feedback on their Facebook page.

Purchase tickets online only (prices vary per venue) with free parking included at all shows. The screenings each have limited attendance so book early to avoid disappointment:
