Looking Glass Theatre prepare to scare this Hallowe’en

The theatrical team return for a fifth year with their spooky Ghost Walks in Northampton town centre.

Come and hear tales of ghostly apparitions from days gone by, of trapped spirits in cellars, and mysterious footsteps enriched with a glimpse of Northampton’s history.

Once a town of great importance, Northampton history is often long forgotten. Looking Glass Theatre’s Ghost Walk mixes theatre, history and the paranormal to reawaken the town’s past.

This year, the group have put together three tours over a number of nights that take in some of the most spectacularly spooky areas Northampton has to offer.

Tour One, a brand new tour for 2018, features the Victorian council chambers of the Guildhall, and the vaulted cellars and tunnels of George Row Club 23rd, 25th & 26th October 2018 at 6.30pm & 8pm
Tour Two also features the Guildhall, but also gives you the chance to visit the cellars of the haunted Phipps Brewer 24th, 30th & 31st October 2018 at 6.30pm & 8.15pm

The final tour option, Tour Three, gives audiences the chance to step inside the 17th Century Sessions House and take part in a witch trial in the courtroom, as well as taking the “walk of shame” which lead to the gallows 27th October 2018 at 6.30pm & 8.15pm
